2000 DT466e Code 626

Alright so here is my back story with this truck. Last July this truck was starting to stumble, it was almost as it was going to stall, but then would quickly catch its self. I was unable to get flash codes because the previous owner took the check engine bulb out of the gauge cluster, and the diag button was missing. So I replaced the bulb in the cluster and found the cut wiring for the diag button. I didnt get around to that until November of 2019. Anyways the truck has brand new IPR, cam sensor. When the ECM was throwing code 626, unexpected reset, I started tracing down ecm wires to the relay on the firewall. I ran a brand new wire from the batteries up to the relay and everything was absolutely perfect until the end of last week. It started all over again. no other codes besides the 626. I ran another wire to that relay thinking that was bad, it wasnt, got a new relay for it, wasnt that either, and then I ran a brand new ground wire to that relay, and thats not the problem either. Does anyone have any other experences with these that I should check out? honestly I am leaning towards an ECM at this point, but at the same time I am not because a new power wire fixed it for 8 months. I did take off the ecm connectors at the ecm, and all of the pins were clean, no green crusties. I am out of ideas. Please HELP!! Thanks.
