First time here tonight. I’ve been here since 5:45 PM, and I’m still being unloaded at 10:00 PM. 7 products on 26 pallets, 1400 pieces.
Do they normally take this long to offload?

I learned this doing some ice cream cone loads.

my last load the crane took half my steel beams off set them on ground took off other half set them on ground. 10-15 minutes plus a couple laughs at the guy with the boring job of blowing the air horn everytime the crane picks something up.... 24 hours of a dock id might go steaming mad

It’s been so long since I did a food warehouse, I’d forgotten about that. Kinda like Associated Grocers in Tacoma. Depending on the product, they would sometimes have us break down product from a four way pallet onto a smaller one, I think it was 30”x30”, because some of their racking system was ancient.Dave_in_AZ and buzzarddriver Thank this.
