Not even close. Maybe a complete interior swap would help. As I mentioned. No pass door panel. The cabnet doors are all ripped off. The only way to clean that floor would be to rip out the floor and put in new.

I shouldve took more pics. I have never seen anything this bad. My old GMC Astro is in better condition. And would feel safer in it.

I know the guy sounds like a scumbag, and prolly is, but just becaue he sent you a 1099 doesnt mean you have to pay road tax and fuel tax. that just shows what you made being self employed. your lawyer should have known that......

i think that truck came from mexico......lol

I went to work for Black Dog as a part time driver!! Told chris that when he hired me, and when I went in on Friday and told him that I would'nt be back he decided that he was not going to pay me for that week!! So I decided that he was'nt getting paid either. He assaulted me, I defended myself and his sister called the cops!! Cops went in and told him he owed me money and he needed to pay it or he was going to jail for assualt. He still owes me $200 FOR ESCROW!! And then he put on my dac that i assualted him!! Go figure!!!! PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY GET ON WELFARE FIRST AT LEAST YOU'LL GET A CHECK!!!!

I have posted a note on this sight offering a reward of $750.00 for information leading to the recovery of a 2001 Peterbilt 387 with SD Plates and a 1999 53 foot reefer with SD plates. No One wants to make payments to me but they don't want to give my truck and trailer back. The last I know this truck was hauling for Black Dog Trucking. If you have info, please call Pike or Jesse # 800-479-2334 If we find them the $750.00 is yours

Yes it does because the driver is ultimately responsible. You have the legal right to refuse to drive any truck and there's nothing the company can do about it.

As soon as you hit a new company company for that orientation save some money and time by not wasting any by NOT going out to look at the "fleet!" If that fleet looks like it's seen better days and that's all you see that would be the FIRST question I would ask before I even signed anything! That question would be.."Is that crap I looked in out there what we will be driving?" and if the answer is YES after the hint word in the question was CRAP then laugh and walk out and hopefully if any of the other rookies didn't pick up on the slam they are just getting a good education in trucking bottom feeders!
Another reason I preach "Drive your OWN vehicle to orientation" AND "Never drive for a company that's more than 3 or 4 hours away from home! They call you some day saying we NEED you to run a "hot" load and the trip alone is 10 hours AFTER you spend 3-4-5 hours getting back to the yard and they want it there in 11! yeah a law suit waiting to happen!
Nope a POS in the yard and the wrong answer to your question you have saved your arse!

    RUN!!!

1- you drove there that mourning so you do NOT owe any motel room!
2- You asked that question before "paying" for that medical and pee test!
3-You do NOT have to worry about getting home because you are flat broke paying a motel and unneeded doctors tests they will try to make you pay! You drove there!

We have "yard" trucks at the school i'm attending that are in better shape that than POS. Holy (insert explative here)

Step 1: Inspect exterior of truck. If nothing held on by only duct tape proceed to step 2. If yes, then don't drive it.
Step 2: Open door to truck
Step 3: Look inside truck. If nothing falls off the door when you step up into truck proceed to step 4. If yes, then don't drive it.
Step 4: Sit in driver's seat. Seat should adjust properly and not feel like it's trying to make you get off it. if this is not the case, don't drive it.
Step 5: If equipped with sleeper cab, inspect area for debris and dirt. If clean proceed to step 6, if not, don't drive it.
Step 6: Start tractor, and begin pre-trip inspection. ((do i need to continue this list?))
