Does anyone know the gauge or thickness of the heavy duty extruded wire mesh used by trailer makers like Kaufman? I'm talking about the upgraded stuff you can tie the car down to.

None of the shops around me have the thick stuff they just have the light weight stuff. I need to find the thickness of the heavy duty stuff so I can order it.

Or take a caliper and measure what is there, if it's just a replacement.

Na, I'm doing a mod on my flatbed trailer so I can use wheel straps so I can start hauling sprinters/cargo vans on it. (they always require over wheel straps). But I'm not sure what the actual thickness is they are using. I guess I could call up kaufman and see if they will tell me.

I figured maybe someone here would know.
