    Volvo 04 vn 670 have any sensor or system that inflate or deflate front airbag when is loaded o unloaded ? my question is because after unloaded any load, the truck is so regid on the highway. I replaced front air level valve and i not feel any improvement. Thanks

    if you have level valve - not. only on trucks with ECAS pressure sensor is used, but.... for dashboard axe load indication

    Front axle with airbag. When air gone completly and truck is empty, after system get air, is very soft for drive. But after unloaded never return to soft point, remains hart or rigid. I use michelin 22.5 low frofile with 110 psi .

    dont know if you found out already but that means air height level is to heigh , take a measure tape ,unhook frrom trailer, charge air system to full, put truck on level flat ground, take a measurement from the bottom of leveling valve bracket to the bottom of the air bag ( black plastic bell ) it should be 7 7/8 +\- 1/8 ,be patien and good luck
