Internet connection in Europe

Hello. I'm currently learning to drive a truck and soon going to get to the Europe. I'm looking for the best mobile data plan in the EU but can't find anything good. In Scandinavia you can get unlimited internet for about 30 euro a month. Sadly, in western Europe it is not the case. Maybe you, people, have some information to share? Gladly appreciate anything you can help me with. Thank you !
