Sounds to me spotters are a bunch of push overs, form a union against the idiot management and WARN THEM TO KNOCK IT OFF OR ELSE.
Of course you guys will need to stick together to do that.
In the trucking industry, the only way management runs the show is when the drivers are a bunch of ? I’m sure you can fill in the blanks.

Most of the Lazer Spot drivers I encounter seem like underachievers and like to complain about the low pay and lack of benefits, but don't seem too interested in filling out applications elsewhere.

I checked into them a while back. They have raised pay a little.

Huge red flag for me was I was told I could apply for a 4 night a week
shift. 4 twelve hour shifts but than 3 day weekend. $18 an hour. When I
did my first night shift ride-a-long with their trainer I asked about what
he knows about the company. I asked about the 4 night a week shift.....
.he just laughed. He said I would be required to work whatever shifts they
wanted......most guys switch between day shifts and night shifts pretty much
every week. I would be working weekend shifts in addition to my normal
    shift.

Shift change I asked the next driver about what he was doing. He said they
lured him in on the promise of a certain shift but than ask him to work other
weekend shifts so he basically gets no time off. BUT he was fresh off a divorce.....
needed the money, so it was working for him.

The other issue for me was their computer would "lock up" for no reason
at all. Than had to be rebooted...…...several times every shift. I don't know much
about these type of systems but I can't believe there aren't better systems
available. Just seemed to me this company cuts a lot of corners on maintenance,
    computer programs, etc.

Lazer just bought PHB spotting here at Kimberly Clark Neenah Wi , wages were 22 to 25 with OT after 40.
From the looks of this post those PHB drivers are long gone.
    90 to 110 moves in a 12 hr shift working a 2 2 3 straight days or nights.
