    There was a guy from my hometown in Anderson In that had the record in Guinness for the most DUI's ever. If I remember right it was in the 100's. I used to be a wrecker driver and towed his cars a lot. He did not even have a license. I think his dad was mistakenly shot and killed by a cop. Every time he was stoped they would have to send a bunch of cops out. The guy was old, but had a grudge against all cops. He would try to fight them and try to take out the whole force.
