Not a Refusal

I had to go and renew my med card a couple of weeks ago. Went took drug test got physical everything good. Then had to go across town take another drug test for a different company. The MRO call me and send that it was tampered with and he was marking it a refusal. Now I’m supposed to be out of service. Does anyone know of a good Attorney that deals in such matters.

 

He said it wasn’t Consistent with normal urine. But failed to tell me that the other container could be sent to a different lab, if I requested. I’ve done a lot of Research since then. The more people they can get into the Clearinghouse system the more funding they get the next year.
