Yes still an issue.. We know what the problem is and put in an fix. RM controls when they release a version.

Did you get the map updates around March of last year? The one year statement concerns maps, not the version.

First off, this site is not a legal, nor an authorized Factory site for Rand McNally. Note you will find this site under other different manufactures also.

You can contact them for a replacement, but this is their warranty..

Factory Serviced Items: All factory serviced items come with at least a 30 Day warranty depending on the model.

NOTE - This is NOT a RM Factory store. It basically misleads you into believing it is.

THE ONLY RM place you can buy directly from Rand McNally is RandMcNally.com

Call them and see if they honor their warranty, if not start a "conversation" with me.

If you updated your Tablet in 2016 and you track your miles, do you see 2016/2017 Miles or just 2017 miles?
