    Back in the mid 70’s thru the 90’s one of my uncles was leasing some land up in the Bulverde area of Bexar county. The land owner had 15,000 acres total and 4 miles of it had a County rd go thru it. They paved the rd around 1984 and it became a popular hang out for the Four wheel drive crowd. They would come out after rains and tear up a flat chunk of land doing mud drags and tug of war stuff. Numerous times they knocked down a fence from sliding into it.
    He dug it all out with a D6 and laid down a ton of barbed wire. Covered it back up and graded it level and flat.
    You wanna guess what happened and what he never had a problem with again?
