Whenever def doser is clogged and not spraying def right or there’s obstruction in a flex pipe between dpf and scr it will lower nox conversion inside the scr, nox outlet sensor will be throwing off a codes for that. And it will be asking for parked regen. Without Volvo software connected and better off test drive at the same time you will be playing guessing game.

    emilko and MartinFromBC Thank this.

Yes, that is exactly I was thinking of. So yesterday i replaced DEF filter ( wasn't that dirty ), than i replaced Strainer ( little blue filter ), Than cleaned Doser ( it had some of crystalized stuff in it). Neck filter was clean, so I didn't replace it. I am going back on the road tomorrow and i will be able to see if it will begin to use some of the DEF. Still : MIL is not illuminated, Soot level is low, No faulty codes, and truck is running well. Will see

Maybe I should check it again and replace it.

So i can keep running like that just as the other guys who already deleted After Treatment on their vehicles. Ha...stupid question ?
