What if it Snows?

It's been hot af in SW Ohio these past few days, so I thought I'd step out on the "veranda" and give myself a haircut and beard trim.

Well, I shouldn't have waited until dusk, because I messed up the beard trim and ended up cutting it all off. For the first time since, like,......2004?!?

I regretted it instantly.

People would always ask, "Why do you have that big 'ol beard?", and I would say, "Because I have a face that looks like a pork roast, and I want to keep it covered", half joking, hahaha........

The prophecy has been fulfilled. This is my last beard shearing, EVER.

I was thinking the same. If he was a pilot it'd be considered success no matter how ugly.

 

Taking my 30 on a ramp in Northern Utah. Load was supposed to pickup at 0800, told at checking they weren't taking live loads until 1500 in Loveland, got out of there at 1700. Thanks to my split I have another 2.5 hours of drive available, and 120 miles to my trusty AmBest at Twin Falls.

 

Ugly mug scared it away huh?

 

Been bumped up against the dock at the WM DC since 0200. That is one nice thing about WM DCs they will let you in early. Should be out of here soon. Then down to Tampa for some home time.

 

Be careful of Wal-Mart DC's allowing you in early. Some of them are notorious for fining the company /broker for more than 1-2 hour early arrival depending on facility.

 

yeah my apt was 0245 got here at 0145. They're usually ok with an hour early.

 

Yep 1 hr. Not 1 hr. and 4 minutes. Lol. I’ve literally had to turn around, go down the driveway, turn around again. Robert La. takes an hour sometimes, waiting in line, checking in, dropping trailer, checking in again. Always, at the window, it’s you’re late!! I don’t even bother, just agree, and go to my Truck.
