1998 international 9400 dim cab lights and dash lights

Truck sat about two weeks , and when run again cab and dash lights are dim now. Any help

Buy a volt meter. A test light might even work. That is an old style one with a light bulb.
What does the voltage read between the cab and a battery - ? Bad ground?
