2009 14L detroit series 60 turbo cutting out

2009 14L Detroit 60 Deleted

Having turbo acuator problems. Truck drives perfectly fine up to about 185 degrees, then turbo shuts off and the truck has no power. I've replaced the turbo, actuator, harness and a couple months ago the ECM. Replaced the turbo twice, they thought it was a bad turbo out of the box from Freightliner. Codes listed below

SPN 1037 Trip Idle time
SPN 2795 Engine variable geometry actuator position
SPN 641 Engine variable geometry turbo acuator 1
PID 235 Total idle hours
SID 147 Variable nozzle turbo
SID 154 System diagnostic code 4
