Okay, im sure this is a mistake, but live and learn i guess.
Bought an all electric 12v 134a ductless off amazon and installing today.
94 t600 bunk.
Have to go high due to headache rack, and there arent any metal studs in there, yeah that was a bit of a shock.
Some pics of what im working with, in the sketch, only has to hold about 75 lbs. Whatre yalls thoughts on how sturdy the connection will be... or wont?

Any chance a mod can shuffle this to "ask an owner operator" ?

You sure that there isn’t metal bars under that fiberglass, on the inside pic. right above your hand. Should be a 1” or larger square tube frame.
-
I see you drilled a pilot hole. Maybe a frame built for the inside, and anchored into the fiberglass. Or better yet drill in the center from inside, then use bolts with washers, maybe some angle or flat bar to distribute the weight across the top on the inside.
-
Ideally a big piece of aluminum plate on the inside, with a hole cut out for unit. But a piece of plywood would work, 1/2” at least. Maybe 5/8”, it’s almost as strong as 3/4”as far as deflection goes. Should be plenty sturdy enough. A big piece across the top on inside, bolted through the square fiberglass part. Might as well fill the voids with insulation panel.

I see the insulation now. I think a big piece of plywood across the whole area. Liquid nails, and SS bolts from the inside, washers and lock nuts on the outside. You can re use the center fiberglass formed reinforcements you cut out, as spacers around the unit. Wouldn’t need to fiberglass them in place, just drill holes through them, And Sandwich between plywood and outside, using the bolts. Best to put a plate on outside, or at least some big fender washers. The support bracket might be enough, if you put the bolts through the fiberglass spacers, and bracket and plywood. Then Big SS washers for the other holes. 1/2” 4 ply plywood should be plenty strong.

Revision
Changed 3 verticals to 2 horizontals, should make mounting outside unit easier, maintain more distributed strength.
Top horizontal installed, 6 through bolts per pic 2, call the zip tie the fiberglass.
Its hot work getting ac....
