Hey guys! I'm new to the forum and need a bit of info. I've searched the forum high & low, but could'nt get any concrete information. Do any of you guys have on Commercial Fleet Financing Inc. (CFF) out of Carrollton, TX? Are they reputable? Over competitive financing? Just interested because they say I'm approved for a rig & want the downpayment sent to them directly (I rather send it to Ryder the dealership). Hope you can help and thanks for you guys time..

Did you apply to these people for a loan or did you do it through Ryder? Usually, a down payment is given to the seller, in this case Ryder. I don't recall having to pay the lender up front before they make a loan to me. Is this a lease or purchase? If it is a lease/purchase they may want a down payment, but that is usually handled through the dealer. I am not familiar with this company. If you have concerns you could call the local Better Business Bureau or Chamber of Commerce.

Thanks for the response G/Man. I found my own financing (which is them)...the program is a lease/purchase. So after 36 I own the unit. I see they are on the BBB, but they have no rating. I found them from a post a member here posted awhile ago. This is their websites
    http://www.commercialfleetfinancing.com/ and http://www.cffnationwide.com/

hello there fellow driver. I am in the Dallas/Carrolton area and I am in the market for a truck. Do you mind letting me know what type and year of truck, mileage and terms of lease? How long? How much montly? With these lease program, can you lease your truck anywhere you want?

Hey there.. On a 35,500 unit...I found the truck myself from Ryder. It's an 07 Freightliner Columbia. It's lease to own...36 months at 1,100a month. You can lease the truck anywhere...they work closely with MHC or you can find your own dealer.

Do you know your interest rate? What about the down payment? Is there a buyout at the end or is it just a straight lease purchase where they send you the title when you make the last payment? It sounds like this company worked well for you. How long did it take to get all the paperwork through where you got the truck? Just curious. I have people ask about equipment financing all the time. I have a few sources, but it is always good to add another. I am glad that you were able to find a lender that works for you.

The Equipment Finance Agreement don't state specific rate. But it's for 36 months, and after the 36 payment, I own the unit. The total process took about 3 days...and I'm still reading over the contracts. The guy I dealt with over there is named Kaden Willbern.

How much down? So you don't know your interest rate? How is the Ryder truck behaving for you? I can tell you a huge story about a Ryder truck that I was about to buy this past week..but later...

So far so good. I think the truck u where talking about is the exact one I was looking at in Dallas. I have gotten to Ryder yet (cuz it's in NC and I'm in Louisiana) but I will be doing a real check on it before I sign all final papers
