My next door neighbor put her house on the market and had it sold in a few hours. Didn't even have time to put a sign in the yard.

A friend of ours bought a 20 year old double wide in a Senior Citizen park. Nice park, nice home, but nothing fancy. He paid 55,000 four years ago. Yesterday he sold it for 135,000 which was 15,000 more than his asking price. Northern California near the coast.. Apparently people still want to live here. The home buyer was from Phoenix.

It’s a seller’s market-I was hearing the same thing from my wife’s cousins who live outside of Allentown. Some of the homes that are selling in the Lehigh Valley region are selling like gang busters, and they can’t build subdivisions fast enough.

In a neighborhood close to my mom's house in SoCal, a couple driving by saw a house they liked that wasn't for sale, offered $2 million and the owner took it. Most houses in the area are in the $900K-$1 million range.

I wish someone would drive by my place and offer $2 million. All I’d need is my family and the clothes on my back. They could have the rest lol.

We don't want meth labs in Phoenix.

This current wave of WTF inflation is going to leave a lot of people behind.

It's truly going to become have and have nots.

But, that's what the people wanted.

My sister in law was just saying they bought their house in Mass 2 years ago for $402k. They are considering moving to NH and the realtor said they should have no issue getting $560-$600k for it. Thats not a bad two years work. Problem lies in the inventory out there to buy another house lol

    All depends on the location

I have a 20 yr old double wide on an acre in rural Alabama and couldnt sell it for $40k
    So I’m now a slumlord .
When my uncle passed , his kids had to sell nice 3/3 Brick ranch , on five acres with a 20x40 shop , it took 18 months to sell it for $85k
