Current Walmart driver looking for a nice ride

We are Romerica Express, a small company based out of Strongsville, OH. While we don't meet quite all of your checklist, I think we have quite a bit to offer that you might be interested in. We run dry van freight mostly in the mid-west, mostly automotive. I have been trying to broaden our horizons and find more opportunities running out west lately, and those opportunities are there. I see a lot of stuff I like going out to Denver, SLC, ect., and I'd like to get someone like you in a truck who doesn't have weekly home time requirements so we can capitalize on some of this.

I drove for this company for a couple years before moving into dispatch and I ran like you are wanting to, staying out for long periods of time. I can tell you from first hand knowledge that there is very good money to be made here running like that. $80k+/year on 2,500 average weekly miles would be a very reasonable expectation.

As far as the insurance, we unfortunately do not offer it at the time but it is something our company owner is looking at for the future. Also no 389s or W900s, but our tractors are some really nice O/O spec'd 2019 Cascadias.

We are willing to hire minimum of two years CDL class A driver for over the road (OTR) drives for minimum of 2- 3 weeks on the road and 3 days home respectively and the cycle continues in the same manner

The average drive mile is 2,000- 3,000 miles per week while the financial benefits is $0.65 per mile and $1,000 sign up bonus.
