Anyone see the video of the farmer using his excavator with forks attached to "help" push a truck that had become stuck on his property? He caused severe damage to the truck while pushing it out of the way. He was angry the trucker had entered his property to turn the truck around. I was wondering if there is a news story to go with that, if the farmer was arrested or not.

lmao!! thats great but i love how stories get twisted. that guy didnt seem angry at all and definately doesnt seem intentional. He clearly stated he wasnt a backhoe operator. HE, you want a push and you got one. Not his fault. The operator of the truck should have been the one worried about the placement of the forks and help guided it. How is that a good samaritans job to do. Thats the drivers fault. Good for him. Even so, if he was acting that way for the camera, I dont see the driver of the truck checking clearance of the forks and placement as the backhoe was setting up. You expect the operator to do that in the snow when you were the idiot in the wrong place??? You want to sit in truck and you are stuck on my property, ill just ram the forks through your coolant hose too and get you off my property

Malicious farmer. Sure the trucker is an idiot for letting the farmer do it. But that farmer is a low life POS.

explain why you say that? Not saying your right or wrong but just curious why you say that. At what point did you see the knucklehead driver out of truck helping? If it was an owner operator, the driver would have been out of the truck staging the loader. Company driver aint paying the repair bills and is just sitting in cab saying get me out.

The farmer clearly knew what he was doing to the truck. Any rational person can see that.

ok but no bad blood between you and i so dont you agree that driver should have had his fat ### out of the cab during staging of the loader before hand? Can we agree on that? To me its just a company driver that dont care

I agree with you that the steering wheel holder should take charge of what he is doing and what is happening to his truck. But just because the driver is an idiot doesn't give the farmer license to destroy his truck. Helping the mentally handicapped is the better way to conduct oneself, rather than hurting them.
