They seem like a great company to drive for. Any current Holland drivers here wish to chime in?

I was contracted to them running out of Milwauke. I was making $1200 a week working about 45 hours a week.

Yea I know first hand the first-year pay just got a healthy pay raise $1500 a week salary intro or up to .58 CPM first-year pay and drivers are getting 3000 plus miles weekly with nice trucks. PLUS free satellite tv and radio in all trucks! EASY MONEY but its OTR 3 weeks out and it requires work! No reason you cant make $80,000 to $90,000 plus a year here!

So do you have to choose between CPM pay or the $1500 weekly salary pay?

Or are they basically saying as long as you stay out and run they'll have the miles to equal $1500 gross weekly pay?

No the $1500 is for the first 4 weeks for a new hire to get acclimated and settled into running lanes and then they take the salary and you can run 3000 to 3600 plus miles a week on CPM. Yes, you will make more than your salary when rolling. If you make more the salary in miles they pay you the difference day 30. My understanding this salary is to help people transition over that might have bills and they need to be reassured they can make bills to switch companies. If you are not running tall miles by day 30 chances are it's a personal thing and this may not be a good fit for any drivers needing a slower pace.
