Someday there will be a law where 4 wheelers get arrested for cutting off or brake checking trucks. sigh

 

And yet, the driver with the camera keeps going.
I don’t swerve, you hit me or cut infront, we’re going to collide, I won’t leave my lane of travel, it sucks you gotta be that way, but if he’d ran over someone passing on right, the lawyers will say it was his fault for failure to maintain.

 

First off tractor trailer didn’t swerve four wheeler swerved to the left then aggressively shot to the right and took out a steering component. You can clearly see left steer was skidding which caused driver to lose control. He should be charge with attempted vehicular homicide.

Edit:Never mind-it works now. Hyundai Elantra driver should be charged with failure to maintain lane and reckless driving! He got too impatient trying to pass the red Hyundai Sonata! He’d better pray the tanker driver lives!

 

What’s to investigate? How to blame the truck driver?

now, if he had any ethics, (which i am highly doubting), he should have pulled over as well, and handed over that video, rather than to post it on the internet.

 

Why the hell didnt the camera truck stop ?? That video is evidence of the stupid car causing it...
