When I hit the turn signal lever the indicators on the dash flash faster than normal like a bulb is our but I have no turn signals on the truck on either side, front, back or side. Same way when I hit the hazzard switch. Not a fuse. Signal stat or something else?
I have no turn signal or hazzard lights

What kind of truck?. Sounds a lot like when my flasher relays go out on my 379, the other thing that jams them up is when the trailer plug has issues.

First thing to check is the flasher in fuse panel. Taking it out, checking for loose or corroded Terminals. Second thing I’d check is turn signal plug. Unplug it, check wiring/ terminals, plug back in. For some reason, simply unplugging and plugging back in fixes a problem on the indicater itself. You could also unplug the pigtail at back of cab, to eliminate the pigtail as the problem. The next step along the same line, would be to disconnect the other end of the 7 wire at the fuse panel to eliminate it as a problem. These are things I’ve done on my WS and Freightliners over the years. You don’t mention what kind of Truck it is. Different Trucks, different common problems.
