Here's my situation and a few questions:
I received a call from the Gieco claims department on May 28th requesting photos because of damages reported. They want me to, of all ways to send photos, fax them. We only have pickup photos. When i spoke with them they said its in regards to front bumper and door damage. Our BOL shows the front bumper damage, but both pictures and BOL show no door damage.
- We delivered a vehicle on May 6th to a residence. The person had bought the car from a dealership.
- He signed off on the vehicle not having any damage not noted on the BOL.
thank you.
- What steps should i take to protect myself?
- Is there anything i should know before sending the photos?
Insurance company contacted me to requesting me to fax photos?

If you actually use a fax, set it to Gray-scale so the photos turn out. Otherwise they are pixelated really back with harder blacks, or whites, no gray.

Anyone can take the money really fast. But fight, hiss and spit when forced to pay anything.
I don't believe it. Your BOL as delivered is enough.
