After sitting 4 - 8 hours to load, 1 hour min to get paper work, and then 1 - 6 hours waiting for supervisor to sign you out. They really don't care about your time.

you are lucky they didnt make you wait for hours then tell you you need to wash out your trl, then tell you it was too damp to load. had problems with them about trls they kept saying the customer this and the customer that. the dumb donkey up those stairs didnt understand the we were the customer and it was our product. we had standards for shipping our food grade products and they refused to follow our shipping procedures. after about two hours company sent me up to portales for powered milk out of there one hour and on my way home. several months later used them again same problem. some shippers are really into themselves and refuse to listen to anyone even if it costs there company money. our company just quit trying to buy product from them. b safe out there

We do two different Leprino plants in Co., they are the worst, they change their opinions almost daily on what is an acceptable and what isn't an acceptable trailer.
