Does it happen? Does anyone even try? I mean beyond just a few leg stretches or limping over to the rest area toilets. Is there anybody out there actually doing aerobic workouts? Jogging?

I've seen drivers jogging around a truck stop as well as drivers doing calistenics next to their truck.

I've been OTR for over 2 years, and I'm still exercising. I jog, bike, and lift weights. Sure, I miss a day sometimes when I just get too busy, but in general, I stay very active.
I don't jog around the truck stops, though, I go out on a road somewhere. I don't want to inhale all that diesel exhaust. -
A great piece of equipment you can take with you is kettlebells, kinda like a cannonball with a handle, you can get them in weights from 5 to 200 lbs. Great exercise. And also, you can try indian clubs. Neither takes up much room, but i would keep them secured, in the event of a wreck they would be dangerous flying around a cab! Goggle them, they're everywhere!

I run a flatbed. I get some excersize when I'm tying and tarping I also use a couple of tiedown chains to do curls and tricep pullovers they alse work for lats and traps. Usually at night when I stop I walk a couple of miles (at least) before I settle in to relax.
I'm in my mid fifties and my blood pressure and heart rate are the same as they were when I was in my twenties. I don't smoke or drink or drink those stupid enegy drinks that everyone thinks are the answer. being physicaly fit is the most logical answer to issues of fatigue and overall health and wellbeing. -
After being a regional driver for the last several years and home every other day with the ability to go to my local gym, I recently was forced back over the road so I purchased a set of Bowflex SelectTech dumbbells and a small weight bench to carry with me
