No crank no start. Happened another time a month ago truck was dead in the yard. Wouldn’t start after being parked. Had technician come out stated it was a connection issue behind the fuse box. Fast forward one month truck is broke down. Same issue no crank no start. Check connections everything appears to be correct. Truck is being towed to be serviced. Any others with same issue?

Yeah, the whole PowerNet needs to be assessed. This includes, but not limited to: Batteries, starting cables, charging cables, starter, alternator, pin tension, parasitic draw, etc...

How were the connections checked? Simply checking continuity IS NOT ADEQUATE troubleshooting. This is why load testing wires is imperative for issues like these and superior to any "guessing and checking."

Poor-performing tech's will always be quick to point finger at PDM, PNDB, CLDS, etc without any substantial evidence for a failure.

I had the pan dropped on my DD15 on my 2016 5700XE to replace the O-rings on the oil pickup manifold and it experienced No Crank/No Start right at US Customs leaving me blocking the lane. Eventually it started but not until I called a tow truck. Next day it repeated the issue. Transolutions Freightliner in St Paul, MN found a wire of some kind hanging down by the oil pan that was shorting.
On a similar note, when I got the truck the load lights would come but dim after 10 secs and then go out after 30. I was told the removable fuse panel just want securely mounted in place. That seems odd to me though, because there aren't any contacts made in the process of its mounting. Maybe lose wire on the rear of it though.
