PAM and Home time

    Very true AF2. In fact, when I was with PAM if you got a $800 check you can almost be sure next week will be $300!

    That's the bad thing. I got 6-700 consistently until i started training. :( poor poor PAM

    PAM didnt have team when I worked there. There were different divisions...PAM, Decker, AFS, CEX, PDS...Choctaw (CEX) and Pam Dedicated (PDS) were the only 2 with teams, because they did the majority of the auto freight since it was on such a tight schedule. They dissolved all divisions and made everything PAM in 2010. The mandatory teaming started not long after that.

    ...and then everything kept going downhill after that!!! ... new management always want to leave their mark, but like the old saying goes; "if it aint broke why fix it!!!"

    PS: Saw a PAM guy today; said he was fed up. I told him to stick in there. Do ure time and get out! Be safe drivers!
