In Sept '14 i was ticketed in the State of Indiana for Speeding. I had a court date of Nov 13 2014 but as the Court date was coming near when the Company I was driving for suddenly let me go over the ticket even before the court date. So in between losing my job and looking for another one i forgot about the Court Date and Missed it. Kansas Driver licensing was notified and they Suspended my CDL on Nov 26 2014.

On Dec 11 after finding out that my CDL was Suspended, I contacted the Court where the ticket was out of and Paid the Ticket and in the Meanwhile i returned home cause my CDL also had Expired on Dec 4 2014 to get it Renewed.

On Dec 15 2014 Indiana BVM said there sent a letter Via First Class Mail to the Kansas Driver licensing Division but the have claimed after many phone calls that they never have recieved the letter. So i let it go till after the holidays. Then which I contacted the Indiana BMV again in Early Janurary 2015 and they sent a 2nd Clearance letter to Driver licensing Dept in Kansas. And again after waiting a week or two adn many more phone calls Kansas still says they have not recieved the 2nd letter.

So Towards the end of Janurary i contacted Indiana BMV again. and reluctantly this time they Sent a third Clearance letter and pretty much have told me that there are not going to send another and the matter is over and done as far as there concerned.

So now i am stuck home since Dec '14 with no job and no income and i am still waiting for the Kansas Driver License Div. to take the Suspension off my license. Posting this looking where to go from here since i am outta ideas now at this point to get this matter cleared so i can get back to work here.

yeah that is the Biggest Hurdle right now when i can contact Indiana BMV, There pretty hard headed about that clearance letter. I have asked about emailing or faxing the letter and Indiana BMV insisting on usng First Class Mail only. when i ask them for a copy of the letter they refuse to provide me with a copy so i can take care of it myself.

Not trying to hijack your thread but hubby going through something similar. Got a ticker in TN for following too closely back in later October. I paid the ticket a week later by certified bank check and sent certified mail, return receipt, signature etc. All was fine. Last week, get a letter from Illinois where hubby is licensed saying he will be suspended for failure to appear and pay TN ticket. I pull out all the paperwork and call TN. The very nice woman who I spoke with told me there was a major computer glitch on Nov. 3rd which is when they processed hubby's payment. Everything posted that day was messed up. She sent a fax to the Sec of State in both TN and Il explaining fine was paid timely and nothing owed and it was their computer error. I called IL to make sure it was taken care of and was told they won't accept a fax! Woman said hubby will be suspended anyway because no way will they process his papers before 15 to 20 days time. And I need to get them a certified letter from TN before they will process anything. Oh yeah, we will have to pay $70 to get him reinstated too. Really?????

Wow, you've let this fester since February, waiting on advice from an online forum? You really should have paid an attorney $100 to handle it for you...

So why haven't you got into your car and sat your butt in a chair at the DMV offices? Sitting behind a keyboard isn't likely to get you results. You need to take some action.
