Well depends on a few factors

    1. Are u a student or experienced

    2. Want to haul food or dry products

    3. Are u going company driver or LP I know trans-am normally will try to push LP on you

Need to know those factors first and then as to why you choose those 2 companies not that it's a bad thing .... Such as pre approved , terminal close to home etc ...

    Thanks

Didn't you do your research? We sure can't answer your question for you, that's a career choice only you can make. Talk to drivers from each company, see what each offers like pay, hometime, etc...

Go to a truck stop and talk to drivers. I did this over the weekend and have decided on Swift transportation after seeing thier trucks, talking to thier drivers, and several others.

Basically, you are going into the 12 month furnace. You have to start somewhere, so make your mind up that you have chosen a career that pays well if you can do your job with a minimum of whining and be a true professional.

Get in front of some drivers, and see what they say. I bought one guy a cup of coffee, and talked all the way into the truck stop and back. It was very informative.

You are allowed to make a wrong choice. You won't die. You just make a new choice later.

Choose what you feel is right and give it a go. You are free to move about the industry.
