Well, awhile back we had a member of this site who used to work for them, and his only complaint was that they wouldn't pay for his hazmat endorsement, and he had to have it to work for them. Otherwise, he was happy there.

I am trying to decide between USF Glen Moore and Crete. Both have a Atlantic region that gets you home on the weekend. Crete pays a little more per mile. Both have high % of drop & hook. I'm concerned about Crete getting me home for Thanksgiving & Christmas. A couple of months ago I went to orientation at Glenn Moore and they wanted me to get a sleep apnea test at my expense because of my BMI, neck being larger than a size 17 and blood pressure problems. Is this the norm for most companys? At the time I really felt they were weeding out the ones that were over weight. My blood pressure fell under the 1 year guide lines.

i am about to start with yrc glen moore next week have worked for crete which was a great company but home time was not there
