I have water leaking out the weep hole above the starter with the rubber plug in it. I have a 60 series 14 L Detroit in a 06 Columbia. Anybody have any information on how to fix? And why is it leaking there from the first place? Trying to get back running in the morning.

You have a liner leaking water from bottom O ring..
That weep hole is like a weep hole on a water pump. It's purpose is to alert you there is a issue. It's other purpose is to not let coolant go into your oil...

Your only way to fix it is to take liners out and re seal them...

Id just inframe it if you plan on keeping it.
