Kalamazoo used to have the Half Way House right on I-94. The new Loves will be fifteen miles north of I-94 at D-Ave. At that location, we have two convenience stores with diesel fuel, truck parking and fast-food. The McDonalds franchise will move across the road to the new Loves. The Citgo McDonalds will become a Subway. There is steady truck traffic to the meat packing plant near Plainwell. I might use the new Loves in connection with a delivery in Grand Rapids. It would not be off route.

I can hear the Island dwellers now.

    "But, but...

I didn't pay a fortune for this house and a kings' ransom in property taxes every year to have to be on the same island as some filthy old truck stop with all those peasants running around."

I don't think the one in Sioux Falls was ever a Flying J. I mean, it could have been one for a while, but it has a unique layout to it. I almost wonder if it started out as an independent back in the day.

I would very much like to see The Effin J in Woodhaven MI completely demolished with no record of its existence remaining and a Loves put there.

that area could use a few extra regardless, trexler and the wawa are constantly full, that penn Jersey dump wants like $30 to park and $20 for a shower
