I think everyone can agree to disagree whats we drivers consider is fair, everyone says hourly while others happy with high CPM and no extra pay whereas someone with a lot of lower CPM and a lot of accessory pay. If at the end of the day your above water bills are paid and somehow saved money for a newer truck, boat, house or w/e and money for savings you did alright.
Me personally I like being home every night in my home away from truck on a 1k bed I spent make me sleep like on a cloud lolMartinFromBC and LtlAnonymous Thank this. -

But once you have experience, never settle for less-than-ideal with terrible pay.MartinFromBC and FlaSwampRat Thank this. -
I have long thought about retiring to the office once my driving days are over. But until then, there is a lot of money to be made.FlaSwampRat and MartinFromBC Thank this. -
"I want less government!!!"
"Wait, maybe just a little more government so I get paid to wait!!!!"
I didn't read the whole thread, so I'm sure I'm echoing.......
Dont work for a company that doesn't pay detention.... they all bill for it (at least ones that recognize a sitting truck is not an earning truck, and must be compensated accordingly)
