    Hi I would like to change my 10 speed transmission to an automatic due to health problems I am in Peoria Ill but would consider taking the truck elsewhere. Any input? Thanks in advance

    Depending on the truck, it can be quite a task. New wire harness, shift box, new ecm or chip, alterations to the dash, etc.
    You may be better off getting a different truck.
