2016 rear ac blowing warm air, put gauges on high and low side, proper pressures, front ac goes down to 66, but rear ac still blows warm. took drawers out and watched the actuator move from side to side when switching from heat to ac. Any suggestions on where to start?

Do the lines feel cold that go to the rear blower? Are the heater lines still hot? Do you need to turn the heater line valves off?

I don’t believe bunk has heater shutoff valve on 5700. Heater is always on only air selection flap controls which side cabin air is pulled from. I ended up installing a brass ball valve on the hose that supplies coolant to the bunk heater in the engine compartment. There are two hoses above EGR that connect to metal pipes and run parallel with the R134 refrigerant loop under the cab that deliver and return coolant. You can just split the hose and install inline valve. In the summer just open the hood and cut off coolant circulation.
