My 2012 T800 ac will not cool less than 50 degrees. The pressures I have is 100psi on the high side and 30 to 40 on the low side when the system is running. When the compressor comes on the low side drops out causing the compressor to shut off then it builds pressure slowly then does it again. I have replaced the compressor, evaporator, cooler, condenser, expansion valve and dryer. I have recharged the system to the correct amount of refrigerant multiple times with no change. The resting pressures indicate there is not a blockage and the pressures are normal given the outside temps.

What's the suction pressure drop to when the clutch cuts out?

It drops to around 10 psi on the low side.

If you're sure it's not low on freon you could replace the low pressure cut out switch.
