    Saw 4 on the shoulder on I-30 between Little Rock and Prescott last night. Always parked with their mirrors in the travel lane. Very few of these trucks are using the breakdown lane legitimately.

    There’s plenty of exits on this stretch of road with AMPLE parking. Despite the huge NO PARKING signs, it’s not enforced. Arkansas will enforce it for about a month after someone exits and hits the back of a truck.
