Alternative options for Old Loadstar Master Cylinder

I am having a heck of a time trying to find a brake master cylinder with a 1 3/4" bore and triangle 3 bolt pattern, for my old 1969 International Loadstar 1700 series. I have tried looking just about everywhere I can think of and no one has any. Does anyone here have any suggestions for possible alternatives in the event one cannot be located? The truck is only used as a farm truck on a primarily flat piece of property, so the brakes don't have to be "perfect", would just like to be able to slow down without yanking the e-brake.

Saw that one, it’s a 1.5 inch bore, mines the 1.75. I’ve ordered one, hoping it can be made to work.
