    I'm sorry, that I don't know. I do know that it should be enough that you provide the DOT number to the service that will take care of your irp. You can't do it initially at that SOS. If you do it yourself you'll have to go down to Springfield

    Have a dyno report?
    Printout from the factory stealership to show warranty work and recalls done ?

    you have $20-25k for emission repairs ?
