Covenant trainers - I have questions for you

we never drove a manual until school and it wasnt difficult at all to learn. just how much stress it takes for our mind to bypass the concept . from what we read in here, being an O/O would give you more freedom but not really more money for team drivers but it might fit you guys perfectly

 

He wants an older, mechanical engine with no DEF....which is why he wants to buy our own rig.

 

wish you guys all the best. i think many companies require trucks to be within a certain age, just look out for that too

 

Being out on the road definately takes time to get used to the lifestyle change. So you’ll wanna put some time in as company drivers just to be sure you enjoy the job and can tolerate all the not so fun parts that come with it.

 

Yeah, very unpleasant to say the least. Where do you think the 2 trainees sleep?

 

you are incorrect mam. NO person allowed in top bunk while truck is in motion. Bottom only with net. Covenant preaches a great game but are far from it. High turnover rate. Think about it.

 

The purpose of a net on the top bunk is to keep the person from flying out of bed while the truck is MOVING.
