Dash camera recommendation

I have a Rexing. Forget the model number. But, it seems to work pretty good. I also bought the optional GPS unit for it, so location and speed info is available with the video.
However, I'd recommend you seriously consider getting a 3 camera set up. One forward facing and 2 side facing cameras. If I had to do it again, I would have gone that route and I've been seriously considering upgrading to a 3 camera system when it is feasible for me.
I have a camera to cover my butt. I've come to realize that the forward only view may not provide all the info that may be needed. A lot happens on the side of you that effects things and a forward only facing camera misses those side views. That's just my observation and opinion. Others may vary.

I had an Ohio State Patrol cop give me a BS ticket once so I went out and picked this Street Guardian up so the next crooked pig gets his ### handed to him in court. I love it. Has great clarity, motion sensor, GPS time/date, speed etc etc all on the screen. I can even push a button and it will begin recording audio too to catch lying dirtbags in the act when writing tickets.
