anybody ever do this swap????my truck has the 425 on it and i thought about the swap but dont really know if the truck would drive or steer the same...no that its going to steer bad but just use to the big tires...would be a plus to run the smaller tire cost wise..12/1400.00 for 2 new tire or 350/400.00 for the smaller tire..

If the truck came factory with it you will have to changespindle brakes and such also have to be carefull not to overload the steer you are going to drop from 19'000 to a 14'000 steer weight because of the tire rating.same goes for the swap reversed a lot of people swap the 425 tires and leave factory 14'000 axle which is not heavy enough if dot here you its a hefty fine
