Screws holding lower scuff plate to the trailer are coming out during transition. Then unloading guy will break, damage load. Any good fixing technique?
Found one repair shop but they have to drill holes outside thru the wall.

You can push the scuff plate tight with load locks and add more screws but if they're tweaked bad they will just pop out again. If they're bad the only way is to cut the weld and replace the section or whole length. A lot of aluminum welding.

    062 and Snailexpress Thank this.

I can't add more screws. Metal sheet screw holding scuff plate to the wall post. I'm looking for something like blind rivet nut to put it on the post then set screws with locktite Screenshot (20).png

Drill them out and put nutserts in with bolts and washers. But if they're that tweaked up it still will not hold long.

Lumpers can destroy anything pushing against the wall.
