Horrible Fuel Milage

2017 Volvo vnl760 with D13, automated, 540k. Getting 5mpg at 65 regardless of load weight. Just replaced fuel and air filters. What else should I try?

Not that I have noticed. I do go through a fair amount of coolant. Have to put some in every other day or 2 tops.

Coolant usage may be tied to it. head gasket? Might need tondo a leakdown test.

Have somebody do a low power check. They should check for boost leaks, turbo adjustment, cutout test, etc.
Be sure and tell them that you’re having to add coolant.
