Hi, I am interested how do you find a dispatcher?
What paperwork does a dispatchers usually do? Like ifta and logbook? Or I have to do those myself?

Dispatcher does whatever you tell them if a small operation. Ifta, find loads, tell driver when and where to to be, etc.
Post an ad; retired truck driver (o/o) would do you a wonderful job.
