Im Currently Looking For Local Work In Dallas Tx, I Have 6mo Experience And I Just Resigned Because Of Pay Issues, I Was The Only Night Local Driver (For A Large Company) And My Boss Called Me And Told Me I Make Too Much Money. So They Cut My Loads In Half ($60 to $28, Little After That They Put My Empty Shuttles On Mileage Pay ($30 To $8.), Then They Just Put Me On A $605 Salary, THEN The Salary Pay Started Coming Up Short ($457wk), So Thats When I Decided To Quit. I Also Have My Doubles, Hazmat & Tankers Endorsements.

Is There A Website I can Look A Only Local Jobs? Or Can Someone Tell Me What Companies Hire Locally?..... Thanks.

Probably should have held on to the income till you found something different.
Try looking into liquid asphalt carriers or end dumps.

Check out Indeed.com, they search other search sites and will email you everyday with new jobs meeting your search criteria that day. Many of the better jobs are never posted, so talk to people. Go visit the LTLs like Old Dominion, FedEx Freight, etc. I'd want to avoid the seasonal type jobs, like cement or asphalt. Look at the fuel haulers or also bulk U.S. Mail carriers. They pay pretty good. Better than end dumps for sure. Those guys are a joke.
