If I lease onto a company can I still use my company logo and name on my trucks along with theirs

    It does state it must've " operated by " before the company you are leased on to.
    I know of trucks that have company name first ' owner operator'' and then " leased to company X " .
    Evidently the fmcsa has changed and want operated by only.
    I'd say always better to use what they say. That way no cop can argue when you whip out the regulation.
