Looking for OTR Drivers 8+ months Experience Preferred!

Apologize for the my first post, promise to be more active in the forum now that I've found it!

Anyway, my company is looking for a few OTR drivers, can be SOLO or TEAM. We are a small company based out of Addison IL, (Oneway Logistics Inc). We downsized a bit in this market to about 25 trucks running now, and three excellent dispatchers, including me! Looking for experienced individuals that can help us grow again, hopefully with a better market this year.

For our solo drivers we try to stay Midwest, East, but sometimes you will have to go West Coast as well, mainly running a reefer.

For our team we do dedicated runs from ORD Chicago Airport to either LAX or SFO, about 10 times a week, running a reefer, and then shooting back to East Coast preferably.

The pay for the SOLO is .50 to .60 cents depending on experience.

The pay for the TEAM is up to .65 cents depending on experience.
