poland spring loads

Hi folks, I'm bidding on a contract delivering poland spring direct to dorm rooms in Boston (I know, fingerprinting bottles of water to 5th floors in Boston from a 53' probably makes most of you want to throw up, but that's the part I know something about) and have a few questions for those of you that've run loads out of there. We're planning on doing the freight in addition to the actual last mile delivery stuff.

How are those 5 gallon jugs loaded onto pallets? Are they on regular pallets and strapped down? specialized pallets for jugs? Those square blue box things that cage the jugs and make them stackable? What's the scoop on that.

How cool is the PS dock about working loads to get you to weigh right?
Is this a "plan on being there for 4 hours" kinda dock or do they get it done quickly? dock appointments? What's the scoop.

@KillingTime thanks for the info. It's a specific set of orders so supposedly it's 700 5-gallon jugs, and 350 24pack cases. Looks like 36,400 plus pallets/square things that make the jugs stackable.

My issue is I've got a single-axle daycab that I want to grab it with instead of having to rent a bigger tractor. It weighs in at 26,860 empty so I should be able to handle it with a tandem axled trailer, but I'm afraid of it getting loaded too heavy on my drives and not heavy enough on the trailer tandem so I'm wondering if I can work with the forklift operator a bit if I have an air-weigh system on that tractor's drive axle. Maybe I'll just have to rent a tandem axle tractor to make the run work (it's a once-per-month gig), but I could keep my bid down if I can pull it off with my own equipment.

Does poland spring need those plastic box things back or are those just trash/recycle? Do those things have a name?
